Peptidci

Peptitler (Grekçe: πεπτίδια; “küçük sindirilebilirler”) tanılamamlanmış bir düzende, α-amino asitlerin birbirine rabıtalanmasıyla oluşan güdük polimerlerdir.[1] Bir amino asit lakırtııntısı ile başkası arasındaki bağ bir “amit bağ” yahut peptit bağı olarak bilinir.[1]

Tetrapeptit (Oligopeptit)
Proteinler polipeptit molekülleridir (yahut çok sayıda polipeptit ast birimi çitndırır). çizgi üstelik peptitlerin güdük, polipeptitlerin/proteinlerin ise uzun olmasıdır.[1]

Protein sentezi esnasında her amino asit, öteki amino asite durmadan, kırılmayan bir polimer olan polipeptid zincirleriyle rabıtalanır. Polipeptid kuruluşsına acımasızlan amino asitlerin her biri kuruluşya peptid rabıtalarıyla rabıtalanır. Peptid bağının oluşumu esnasında amino asitlerden birinin amino grubu ile diğerinin karboksil grubu, aradan bir kez çıkması sonucu birleşirler.[1]

Averaj bir polipeptit zinciri 450 amino asitten oluşur.[1] Aşina en uzun polipeptit, yaklaşık 27,000 amino asitten oluşan, kas dokusunda kâin “titin”dir. Polipeptid zincirine acımasızlan amino asitlere lakırtııntı (residue) adı verilir.[1] Zincirin bir ucundaki lakırtııntı, bağ yapmamış, sere serpe amino grubu çitndırır ve N ucu olarak adlandırılır. Aynı şekilde zincirin öteki ucundaki sere serpe α-karboksil grubu olan lakırtııntıevet C ucu adı verilir.
